My friend Alexis makes the best flan on the planet - I promise!
Alexis & her beautiful family are in the process of adopting
an adorable 7 year old girl from China named Melody.
The Alvarez family is in the process of fundraising to help bring their daughter home.
One of the things that they are doing is making homemade FLAN.
